Fundatia Dezvoltare in Europa, as project leader, together with the project partners, organized from 4 to 5 December 2017, starting at 9.00, at the Rin Central Hotel Bucharest, Traian Street, no. 57, Bucharest, Romania, the launching conference of the project ”BRAVE – BRicking Adult’s future Via Empowerment”.
The event aimed at analyzing the project, its activities and, implicitly, the expected results in order to achieve the objective of the project, which is to motivate the unemployed who find it difficult to find a new job due to the more specialized skills required by the market.
The agenda of the conference was structured on the basis of categories of activities, partners’ talks with the presentation of new learning methodologies, strategies for their direct beneficiaries, benefits for the target group, and workshops issues financial, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and communication, on the other.
The event was attended by representatives of the project partners: Fundatia Dezvoltare in Europa (Romania), InEuropa srl (Italy), Stichting PRIME (the Netherlands), Kentro Merimnas Oikogeneias kai Paidiou (Greece), Socialinių Inovacijų Fondas (Lithuania), Centre for Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology Ltd – CARDET (Cyprus), Instalofi Levante (Spain), Zenit Formazione (Italy).
The event started with the workshop dedicated to direct networking that offered partners the opportunity to get to know each other better and to interact. The workshop was moderated by Veronica Codreanu and Barbara Grazzini.
The training trends specific to the target group in transition were moderated by: Daniel Weiss – The Netherlands, Barbara Grazzini – Italy, the other partners actively taking part in the speech, based on the professional experience and good practice of each of them. The event was based on a presentation supported by Daniel Weiss – Netherlands, focusing on the innovative tools that will form the basis of training activities for the target group.
To this end, BRAVE partners will develop specific learning pathways that will help adults reconsider their lives and expectations and become aware of their own ambitions and professional goals as a way to achieve their personal fulfillment.
The learning pathways will be focused on both personal and social skills and entrepreneurial skills, completed in the prototype of the business models of the participants. The project will provide skills at all levels, adapted to the new required requirements (basic, transversal and soft skills, entrepreneurial skills, languages and digital competences).
The issues related to project monitoring and evaluation, respectively dissemination and communication activities, were presented in a workshop led by the representative of the Lithuanian partner Eimantas Kisielius.
As the event took place two days, at the end of each day, the partners had new networking opportunities during dinners and wine tasting moments.
