|FUNDATIA DEZVOLTARE IN EUROPA (FDE) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 2008, based on the experience of a group of professionals in the field of management of European social funds. FDE, keen to work on best practices exchanges and skills building for sustainable development and social inclusion in Romania, is actively involved in the design of orientation, professional counseling and continuing training programs, activities for which the company is accredited, providing information, guidance, also choosing the best orientation and training programs and drawing up the career professional plan.The relevant experience of FDE focuses on three areas:
|InEuropa Srl is an Italian company founded in January 2006 by experts who have been working on EU projects for over 20 years with the aim of supporting public and private organizations and associations in accessing EU funding opportunities. InEuropa has developed an innovative approach that identifies a project as a process of change. For over 10 years, InEuropa has been the Italian Antenna of the Global Action Plan International, promoting and implementing projects able of generating a change in behaviors towards sustainability, especially in schools. Its main activities are in providing information, training and technical assistance on EU policies and European action programmes . InEuropa team is made up of facilitators and catalysts able to introduce strategic planning in any organization, favoring networking, with particular regard to local development actions, culture, environment and social problems.|

|Social Innovation Fund
|Social Innovation Fund (SIF) is non-governmental organisation, established in 1994 to assist people with fewer opportunities and disadvantaged backgrounds to make positive changes in their life through the provision of educational opportunities, social support, information and advice. Since its establishment, the Social Innovation Fund works with different groups of socially disadvantaged learners –unemployed, disabled, single parents, people in remote areas, migrants, women survivors of domestic violence. SIF also provides help and assistance to young people having fewer opportunities in the society and the labour market, with a special focus on young women aiming to foster their employability and entrepreneurship.|

Zenit Formazione’s mission is:
a) The design, planning and implementation of training courses in the scientific, technical, cultural and professional areas for private citizens, companies, public administrations, non-profit organizations, health authorities and hospitals, teaching and non-teaching staff in educational facilities and other related initiatives financed and non-financed by public and / or private entities;
b) The search for, selection, training, motivation, development and updating of human resources;
c) The provision of advice and assistance to companies, public and private organizations, business networks in particular within the fields of activity present in our local market area.
