The overall objective of the project: BRAVE’s main goal is to help the unemployed to reconsider their lives and expectations and to understand their own professional goals and ambitions as a way to reach their personal fulfillment.
BRAVE’s main goal: BRAVE will support adults through an exchange of experience – a process of prototyping their ideas as business models so they will become employees again. Their employability will be favored: in order to facilitate entry into the labor market, their skills need to adapt to the new dynamics of the post-crisis situation, which has caused profound changes in market demand. For this reason, BRAVE aims to support individuals to acquire fundamental skills at all levels, tailored to the new requirements required as transversal skills, entrepreneurial skills, languages and digital competences.
The target group of the project consists of 70 unemployed adults aged between 30 and 60 who find it difficult to find a new job because of the increasingly specialized skills required on the labor market.
Through the implementation of the project the following results will be achieved:
- greater self-confidence, awareness, proactivity and satisfaction of project participants;
- more social and communication skills, increased assertiveness and skills in ICT / English and digital skills;
- encourage entrepreneurship, employability, courage to face challenges and face colleagues from other countries;
- new knowledge about business creation and development;
- better knowledge of partners about the personal development methods of adults in partner countries,
- better cooperation and networking at local, national and EU level.
The total eligible value of the project is 253,730.00 euro.
