BRAVE’s main goal: BRAVE will support adults through an exchange of experience – a process of prototyping their ideas as business models so they will become employees again. Their employability will be favored: in order to facilitate entry into the labor market, their skills need to adapt to the new dynamics of the post-crisis situation, which has caused profound changes in market demand. The target group of the project consists of 70 unemployed adults aged between 30 and 60 who find it difficult to find a new job because of the increasingly specialized skills required on the labor market.

  • greater self-confidence, awareness, proactivity and satisfaction of project participants;
  • more social and communication skills, increased assertiveness and skills in ICT / English and digital skills;
  • encourage entrepreneurship, employability, courage to face challenges and face colleagues from other countries;
  • new knowledge about business creation and development;
